This is the last time my daughter and I will be going to this place. Very disappointed in the service. The guy that did my nails was either very inexperienced or very rough. I have a Christmas sticker on one of my fingers that no one can see, even the owner could not see it when she was charging me out. Instead of apologizing, she charged me anyway. He obviously is very clumsy by judging how he did my feet. Paid almost $200 for these services and they are far from acceptable. It used to be a great place but it is a factory now and their customer service is non- existence.

Dayana removed my dip polish and did my gel manicure. She cut me with the drill while removing the dip. I asked to keep the almond nail shape and she understood I wanted the shape to be pointed. I asked her to round out the points she made and this was the result.Manicure

I would like to give this place a review because of this amazing nail technician named Malena! She is as good as it get! Very professional, sweet, friendly & really knows how to treat a client. I recommend her %. Her work is outstanding & perfect. Just make an appointment with her and you will understand what I’m saying. The place is very clean, they use great products and the decor is very nice as well. I’ve been going for long time & I will continue doing my nails over there, even though is not close to my house. The treatment I get from Malena goes far & beyond, I wish other places were as good as this one!

Went in the salon with my mom to get a refill and design on my acrylic nails. This was my first time trying this place and i was nervous so i picked a simple design. I asked them if they could do it and after the man stressing about it and talking to his co workers while showing them the picture, he came up with the price of 80 dollars and asked if that was okay. I said it was fine and he asked me again to make sure. After saying it was fine one more time, he asked me to ask my mom if the price was okay. I am a grown woman who pays for my own nails and i kinda felt offended he would tell me ti do that. The service started and it seemed like it was stressing out about the design. He only put one layer of acrylic powder and then didn’t even buff my nails. He started the design and completely disregarded the picture and did his own spin on the design. (which was fine) I then noticed he did the placement of the design wrong and when he noticed, instead of apologizing he laughed and didn’t fix it. During the manicure he kept asking if i wanted a pedicure and i said no multiple times. He finished (a little too quickly in my opinion) and then asked me one more time if i was interested in a pedicure. I went to go pay and the man at the front desk was begging for me to leave a tip to the technician who worked on my nails. I was going to anyways just in cash. He kept saying things like, “he worked really hard on your nails, leave a good tip!” and it went on until i took out my cash. I find that really annoying and if someone wasn’t happy with their nails they shouldn’t be guilted into tipping. I left him a $20 dollar tip and was on my way. It’s been 4 DAYS since i got them done and one nail snapped off while i was putting a blanket on my body. It’s ridiculous. I will never come back to this establishment nor will i recommend it to anyone else.

Quick and respectful. Leo(nails tip with dip) and William (toes and regular OPI paint) did a great job). Wanted my eyebrows done, but no mapping or special service just regular wax on/off. Overall, very pleasant

The nail tech slit my cuticles on 8 nails. I walked out with blood in almost everything finger. I told her 3 times to be more careful but she clearly didn’t listen. I told the manager and she told me I’m just sensitive. Really? I’ve gotten my sails done for 15yrs and have never had that problem. She said “Just this one time I’ll take off $10” as if she did me a favor. Never going back. They really fell off. Customer treatment was terrible.

This establishment has THE rudest technicians and greeters that I have ever encountered. Today was the last day that they will EVER receive a penny of my hard earned money! I didn’t bother to get names nor did I tip because I won’t be returning! The nail tech rolled her eyes from the moment she approached my 14 year old daughter who was waiting on a gel manicure and regular pedi. She spoke rudely to her when she asked her to place her hand in the gel dryer. And continued to roll her eyes while she did her nails. And the nail tech had the audacity to wait for a tip! Not today ma’am, not today!! Instead I will offer a verbal tip: fix your attitude and perhaps you may be tipped accordingly

I’ve been coming to this salon for a few years now, more consistently so over the past year. It’s taken forever to find a nail tech that won’t botch a pedicure (I only come for pedicures) and now that I’ve found one unfortunately I won’t be coming back.
